How dispatch orders:
Dreamscorner sends your orders through registered Air Mail, whose delivery commitment it is usually between 48 to 72 hours (*). This service has a tracing service which it is possible to know the status of the order in real time. Deliveries in Europe and the rest of the world are conducted through its international agents network.
Dreamscorner warrant sending in 24-48 hours for all products in stock and if orders are received in our offices before 16:00 hours Monday through Thursday and Friday before the 14.00 hours (GMT +1 )
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are deemed received the first working day after it.
We offer 24 H express delivery service in Spanish peninsula and Balearic Islands, (consult prices in the "Shipping costs")
(*) Except Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra or any place out of the Spanish peninsula.
Tariffs and taxes
In dispatches served outside the European Union all fees and taxes associated with the purchase are at your own discretion under existing legislation. These shipments will be taken as a declared value for customs purposes the amount of the invoice in Euros. The amount of taxes and customs duties vary in each country and must be paid in cash upon receipt of the shipment. Shipments to countries outside the European Union and the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra are billed without taxes.
Dreamscorner not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the release of Customs.

Refund Policy
When you receive your order, you find any coup or defect in the package, please indicate in the delivery order that you've received the delivery in bad conditions, even you can reject it if the rip is evident. If any of the products received arrived with any damage, you would have one day after reception date to let us know and we will replace it to you immediately, of course at our expense
If when the order comes you're not satisfied with the product, you have seven days from the date of receipt to take it back to us without any problem, providing that the object come back to us in perfect conditions and into its original packaging.
Once the product is received back and after checking the state of preservation, we shall reimburse you the purchase amount under the same payment method the product was bought.
The shipping costs will only be repayable in the event of an erroneous dispatch or defective product, in any other case they will be at the expense of the customer
Shipping costs
Shipment cost varies depending on the delivery place.
You could get a FREE delivery if the purchase amount exceeds 100 on the Spanish peninsula and 150 in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra.
For international deliveries the shipping costs depends on the weight.

Those are the standard rates until 5Kg.
